“Hank, they’re both going to be fine. Roy is conscious, but he’s suffering from exhaustion and dehydration, and a mild case of hypothermia. Apparently, he was out in the rain for almost three hours without any protection except his turnout coat. Johnny is drifting in and out of consciousness. His vitals are stable, though. He has injuries to his ankle and his knee and was complaining of back pain. We won’t know if any bones are broken, or if there are any internal injuries until we get some x-rays. The paramedics transporting them also report that John’s lungs are congested and he may be in the early stages of pneumonia. It seems he was trapped in a tank full of water for a while. We don’t know any details of what happened yet, or how he got out. I think that story is going to have to wait until those two get a good night’s rest.”
